Q. What kinds of golf ball customization are available?
A. You can also put a custom logo on the ball. This lets you put a corporate or other logo with up to 4 colors (5 for Top-Flite and for others with additional fees) on the ball.
You can put a Special Event Logo on one side of the ball, plus personalize or put a corporate logo on the other side. The special event logos include Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Wedding Bells, and more.

Q. What kind of packaging is available for customized golf balls?
A. Orders on the web site will have standard packaging, but we can do just about anything you want. Just give us a call.

Q. Why are the prices for some balls more for less than 12 dozen than for 12 dozen or more?
A. In these cases, the less than 12 dozen price includes personalization only, since that manufacturer doesn't allow logos for that small of an order. The 12 dozen or more price includes the cost of a custom logo.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. New Art Orders
For custom logo orders with new art, we will contact you with a proof in about 2-4 business days. Custom logo orders with new art generally ship 10-12 days after approval of the proof, depending on the manufacturer. Items from different manufacturers will ship separately.
Personalized and Repeat Art Orders
Personalized and custom logo orders with repeat art will not be proofed, and usually ship in about 7-10 days. Items from different manufacturers will ship separately.
Warehoused Orders
If your company participates in our warehouse program, the golf balls you ordered have already been printed with your corporate logo. They are in stock and will ship within 1 business day.
Peak Season Extensions
During the peak season of April through July, these lead times may be extended without notice.

Q. What is custom logo imprinting?
A. Custom logo imprinting prints a corporate or other logo on the side of the ball. The logos can be up to four colors for most manufacturers, with some providing 5 colors for an extra fee (Top-Flite provides 5 colors without an extra fee). You can upload your logo and create a golf ball design with it in our Design Center.

Q. What file formats do you accept?
A. We accept JPEG, TIFF, PDF, Illustrator, PSD, PDF, EPS, and GIF.

Q. What if I don't know the PMS colors for my logo?
A. Ideally, you should use a Pantone color product to choose the appropriate colors. Some manufacturers will color-match the logo for you, but the results are not guaranteed.

Q. What size should the image file be?
A. The image will be resized to fit the golf ball. If you are uploading a GIF, JPEG, or other raster-based image, a larger image is preferred so that the resolution will be adequate to make out details.
