Traditional flip flops feature a toe hold that slips between the big toe and the one next to it, while sport flip flops have a wider band that goes across the top of the entire foot with no thong. These flip flop options come in the following approximate sizes: S - Ladies 6-7, M - Ladies 8-10, L - Mens 8-9, XL - Mens 10-12.
